Master of Science (MSc) – User Experience in a Business Context
Would you like to contribute to advances in the design of digital goods and services based on the user experience? This program, the only one of its kind in Canada, will give you access to cutting-edge methods and tools for contributing research and expertise to service and finance industries.
YOUR TRAINING
- A range of methods and in-depth skills for process management: exploring user needs; ideation; design of effective interfaces; evaluating the user experience
- Unique access to the leading UX lab in North America, the Tech3Lab
- Complete knowledge of ISO standards applying to UX activities (e.g., ISO 9241-220 and ISO 25066)
- Thesis directed by professors renowned in Canada and abroad (no supervised projects in this specialization)

Educated Anywhere in Canada
- You must hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), an undergraduate degree in a related field or a degree deemed equivalent by the program administration, with a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.3, or the GPA required by the original university for admission to a graduate program, if the latter is higher.
